Mommy & Me – Postpartum Exercise Class

$20 per drop-in or $ 75 for 4 class series

We will demystify postpartum exercise & help you achieve your fitness goals!



This 1 hour Mommy & Me class will use Pilates based exercises to help firm up your poor battered Belly! Taught by a Master Instructor of Postnatal Pilates, Doula & Childbirth Educator, this class will keep you safely moving while you strengthen core muscles. We will integrate baby into exercises while keeping them at ease. This informal yet challenging class invites you to:

b   Learn simple & effective exercises that specifically target those weak Belly muscles

b   Practice movements that address C-section scars & help repair a diastisis

b   Strengthen, tone & balance arms & shoulder muscles

b   Discover how to create YOUR ideal exercise routine

b   Find out what you can do every day that will help you achieve your goals


No Pilates experience required. *Pre-crawlers welcome (ask for details). Be sure to bring a blanket for baby, yoga mat & bottle of water. You are welcome to keep a sleeping baby in a stroller or car seat. Class will meet at the playground next to Belly Pilates Studio & will meet indoors during inclement weather.
