ORDERS

  • How do I place an order?
    Browse our store and add selected items to your shopping cart. When finished shopping, click Checkout, provide the information requested (shipping, credit card, etc.), and submit your order. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at: orders@wellbornbaby.com
  • How many items can I put in the shopping cart?
    You can order as many items as you like.
  • What happens if a product is out of stock?
    If a product is not in stock, please feel free to email us at orders@wellbornbaby.com for an estimated arrival date.
  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please send an email to orders@wellbornbaby.com and include your name and order confirmation number.
  • Do I pay sales tax?
    We will collect sales tax on all purchases (excluding clothing) sent within the state of Pennsylvania. In addition, if you send a package to an address in Pennsylvania State, sales tax is required. The current rate is 6.00% of the price of the merchandise; shipping costs are not taxable.
  • When is my credit card charged?
    Your card is charged when you place your order with PayPal.
  • Can I have my items gift wrapped?
    We offer a gift wrapping service which you can note at checkout. Remember if you want a gift wrapped to make a note during checkout or send us an email at orders@wellbornbaby.com.

RETURNS

  • What is your return policy?
    Merchandise purchased from Well Born Baby may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace. Well Born Baby credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Returns made within 7 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will carry a restocking fee of 15%; items returned in less than new condition may be subject to additional restocking fees.
  • How do I return something to you?
    If you would like to return something, you will need to email us at orders@wellbornbaby.com to receive the Return Authorization Number for your product. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. We will also provide you with the appropriate address where to ship your return. Once we have received your package we will inspect the contents. All products need to be in original packaging. If the product is in satisfactory condition we will refund the appropriate amount back to you through PayPal. Please make sure that you include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address.

SHIPPING

  • When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
    Your order will usually be shipped within three to five days from when you place your order.
  • Can I have my order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
    Yes. When you fill out the billing and shipping pages, you can specify where you would like something sent, if it's different from the billing address. Please note, however, that Well Born Baby cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that Well Born Baby cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes.

  • Do we keep your information?
    Yes, we keep the information you provide us for our records only. All information collected is for the sole purpose of filling orders and to enhance your shopping experience. We will not release any customer information to anyone.

SECURITY

  • Is my credit card information secure?
    Yes, your order is processed through PayPal which is a secure website. Well Born Baby never sees or handles your credit card information.
